Bridge to Dreams Summer Program ( 8 Consecutive Weeks)

This virtual inaugural program pairs Virginia high school seniors with graduate student mentors who support them as they explore their educational options, apply for college, seek scholarships, and develop their own personal and professional networks. This program runs from July to mid-August.

Program Benefits:

  • Program completion can serve as a student’s resume builder

  • Networking opportunities with graduate students from a prestigious university

  • Introduction to the Dream Project’s annual mentoring and scholarship programs

  • $150 stipend per mentee to support associated costs with college applications

Qualifications to become A Mentee:

  • Must be enrolled in a Virginia High school

  • Must have a minimum of a 2.4 GPA on a 4.0 scale

  • Identify as an immigrant whose immigration status creates a barrier

Fall-Spring Mentoring Program (CTE Track)

Mentees are students who:

  • will be seniors at a Virginia high school in fall 2026, or recent graduates

  • demonstrate a strong desire to attend college; and

  • face challenges in accessing higher education due to immigration status
